I’m Ola Hotson, a highly organised VA based in London. I have a positive attitude and a practical, common sense approach to problem solving.

Prior to making the leap into the freelance world I worked as PA to the chairman of a communications agency, entertainment manager at a leading lifestyle management company,  PA to a fashion designer and PA to the vice chair of a top flight football club.  Many of these roles had a very broad remit spanning “traditional” PA functions, HR administration, recruitment and office management, as well as being a sounding board.

Working for busy individuals and businesses leaders means I’m used to going the extra mile to get the job done. I understand the importance of discretion and reliability. I’m ruthlessly efficient. I love what I do, and I’m good at it.
